Roti and veggie soup
A delicious indian delicacy
Steps

Sift flour, add in yeast, salt, maggi and curry and mix.

Add warm water and mix to form a dough. It shouldnt b too soft and it shouldnt b too hard.

Cover and allow to double for 30minutes.

After 30minutes knead again. Make small balls.

Roll each ball to form a thin flat circle

Cook on a non stick pan wen d bottom is done flip to cook d other side.

Repeat till ur dough is finished.

For the soup
- 9
Cut chicken to tiny strips, cut CArrots, cabbage, onion.

Add veg oil in a sauce pan, add ur onion and chicken.

Add little curry, maggi, salt and thyme stir and allow to cook.

Add ur diced carrots and cabbage allow to saute. Den add in water and spice to ur taste. Cover and allow to simmer.

In a cup add in 2 tablespoons of flour add water to form a paste. Add to ur soup and stir, the soup will bcum thick.

Remove from heat and serve with ur roti.. Enjoy!
