Ingredients

1/4 cupghee
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1 cuprava(semolina)
1/2 cupcurd
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 cupmilk
Pinchsalt
3-4 dropsvanilla essence

Steps

Firstly in a bowl take melted ghee, powdered sugar,whisk continuously till the mixture turns silky smooth,add rawa,salt,curd and milk,mix well and soak for 30 minutes

Also add baking powder and baking soda mix well and pour out the mixture in greased pot, spread evenly.

Place the pot in preheated cooker, cover and bake on medium heat for 30 -35 minutes.

Rava cake is ready
