Heat a pan. Add flattened rice. Fry it till it's amount lessened and a little puffed. Transfer it to a plate.
- 2
In the same pan pour oil. Add curry leaves, red chilli & groundnuts. Fry it. Add salt and turmeric powder in it fry it well.
- 3
Add fried flattened rice to it. Mix it well. Fry for sometime. Then it's ready
