First boil potatoes remove the skin and smashed it nicely and add all the spice,salt and lemon juice.

Then add chopped coriander leaves and boiled corn kernels and mix everything nicely.

Take slices of bread and spread schezwan chutney and spread the potato mixture all over the slice do this for all slices and keep a side in a bowl grate some cheese and add simple sev bhujia with the cheese it will give you nice and crispy taste.

Next garnish the mixture of cheese and sev on top of all the slices and keep in otg/oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 200° your masala cheese and corn toast ready serve with green chutney or with tomato sauce.
