1/2 kggobhi
4potatoes
1 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspdry mango powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
Pinchhing
1 tspkasuri methi
To tastesalt
2 tbspoil

Heat oil in a wok add spices except mango powder And garam masala,saute for a minute.

Add gobhi and potato cover and cook till soft the veggies.

When soft the veggies add mango powder and garam masala mix it well.

Garnish with kasuri methi and serve it.
