Fluffy's yummy tartlets with goat's cheese & pumpkin flowers

Turn on oven to 200. I used 3 courgette rounds per Tartlet. Wash slice and dry well. Fry in a little oil with a splash of balsamic. While they're cooking, wash and chop up the pumpkin flowers. Set a side

Cut out pastry into 3 rounds. Glaze with egg or milk. Put some cheese in the middle of each. Then add the chopped flowers

Put the courgette on top. Turn up the edges a bit. Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 15 mins

Cool on a wire rack for 10 mins then enjoy :)
