Add oil in pan and then slices of onion golden brown them then put them out of pan

In the same oil add g.g paste,sabut garam masala and potatoes and fry then for 2 min

Beside this prepare a paste by adding fried onions,haldi,red chili and dhaniya powder,green chilliea and yougert blend and make paste

Then add the paste in the pan and mix it with potato then add salt and garam masala and cook for 2 min then add 2 to 3 glass water and let it cook

Then boil eggs and when potatoes tenderised add eggs and serve
