Ingredients

  • Potatoes half kg
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • Haldi powder halftsp
  • 1 tspMix spices
  • 1 tspKalounji
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1 tspZeera
  • Oil halfcup
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in pan then zeera and cubes of potatoes

  2. 2

    Fry ot for 3 to 4 min then add tomatoes and cover the pan

  3. 3

    Now stir it well then add all spices mention above and salt and 1cup water cover and let it cook until potatoes tenderize.then serve
