Ingredients

approx. 10 mins
one small bowl
  1. 2roasted red peppers
  2. 2 cupsfeta cheese
  3. 5roasted garlic
  4. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  5. 2 tbsppeanut oil (canola works too)

Steps

approx. 10 mins
  1. 1

    Throw all ingredients but oil into blender or food processor and blend till combined.

  2. 2

    Add oil and blend again till smooth.

  3. 3

    Chill until you want to eat it, and enjoy!

This is how most of my recipes come about! I intend to make a recipe and then realise I have only a handful of the ingredients ... or I think I know better about what should go in 😂
