Take boiled mushroom, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Coriander powder, salt, mix all ingredients and give the round shapes.

Then heat the oil Kadhai and deep fry all Kebabs.

Meanwhile make fine paste of onion, ginger, garlic.

Take pan put oil heat it, then add cumin seeds spluter them.

After that put onion paste, red Mirchi powder, salt, garam masala powder, Coriander powder and saute till oil separated.

Then add kofte in it and 1 min boiled it. Then put cream and mix it nicely. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
