Take an empty bowl. Put the above ingredients together and beat the whole mixture very well so that there are no lumps present.

Now put a pan over the flame and place 1/4 th cup of sugar in it and continuosly swirl the pan until the sugar gets caramelized and turns into a beautiful golden brown colour.

Then immediately transfer this caramelized sugar into another bowl and allow it to set (bring to room temp).

Lastly pour some water in a pressure cooker and place a stand over it.Then place the bowl over it and cover the bowl with a plate and place some heavy thing over it so that the bowl does not gets displaced.Now steam it for atleast 20-30 mins on high-medium flame and the yummy pudding is ready.

Bring it to room temp and refrigerate it for perfect setting.
