First you grind Poha.

Take a bowl & add Poha, boiled and grate potatoes, spinach, all masala and mix well.

Mixture is ready.

Grease your hand and make a oval shape. cutlets are ready for frying.

Deep & half fry cutlet in hot kadai.

After sometime double fry cutlets for extra crispiness.

Cutlets are ready serve with chutney or sauce and enjoy.
