Kung pao potato

It's, a Chinese food which is very much liked by indians.
Steps

Parboil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil and fry the potatoes till it turns crispy.

Put one spoon of oil in the pan, add the finely chopped garlic and ginger. Add onion white and saute it. Add roasted peanuts. Will preserve little amount of peanuts for garnishing.

Add the red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce to it.

Prepare paste by adding water to corn flour. Add this paste to pan. Stir it and add the salt and crispy potato pieces.

While Serveing, top it with spring onion green, roasted sesame seeds and crushed peanuts.
