  • 1/4 cupspelt flour
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspsea salt
  • 1 tspground sage
  • 1 tbspfennel
  • 1 tspdill
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tspground cloves
  • Remember season according to your taste

    Boil the teff like oatmeal
