In a pan add oil zeera,dalchini and loong add onion cook till light golden brown add tomatoes

Cook well till soft add salt haldi daniya pwd & red chilli pwd.cook well then add chaana daal louki mix well add 2 cup water and cook well and garam masala and tarka in the end and garnish with ginger & coriander.

Serve hot with naan or roti
