Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/2semolina
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 tspwhole coriander seeds
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspchopped green chillies (as per taste)
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • Halflemon slice
  • 1 packeteno
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Be ready with all the ingredients.

    Mix all the ingredients except the eno, lemon juice and oil. Add water to have a thick consistency batter. Meanwhile heat the oil. Once heated now add the eno and lemon juice in the batter and give a gentle mix.

    Put a spoonful of batter in the oil. Let it fry on medium heat.

    Once done remove on tissue paper to drain the excess oil.

    Serve immediately.
