Ingredients

4 people
  • 250 gPorridge Oats
  • 125 gSalted Butter
  • 125 gBrown Sugar
  • 1 tbspginger powder (or grated ginger)
  • 2-3 tbspsGolden Syrup (depends how gooey you want it)
  • 1-2 tbspSprinkle mixed seeds if prefe

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and sugar until melt then add porridge oat and mixed well.

  2. 2

    Add some ginger powder or grated ginger. Add golden syrup then transfer to tray. Baked in low heat for 15-20 min.

  3. 3

    Cut in portion when it’s still warm. Once cool down keep them in the secure container.

  4. 4

    Warning! It’s so good you can just just atop with one piece 😋
