Add water in a pot and place the pot on fire and allow it to boil,peel potatoes,wash and cut into cubes,add into the boiling water,cut onions and add,cover the pot and allow the potatoes to cook but not soft.

Add the noodles,add 1maggi cube,add noodles seasoning,then add grounded scotch bonnet,and allow the noodles to cook until soft.

Served mine with a cup of cucumber drink 😋😋😋
