Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, coco powder, baking powder and salt)

Mix malted butter and sugar thoroughly, then add egg, vanilla flavor and mix again

Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, make sure it's well combined

Grease baking pan with butter and dust with flour, then pour the batter in the pan and bake it in oven for 20-30 minutes with low heat

When you insert the toothpick and it come out clean is done

Divide it into two, spread malted chocolate on one side, spread malted white chocolate on the other side and divide each side into three and add toppings
