  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspLight soy sauce
  • to tasteSalt

    Wash the drumsticks and marinade with the spices

  2. 2

    Boil for 15 mins and set aside ready to deep fry

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Serve with hot ugali and kachumbari
