Schezwan Fried Rice

Steps

Heat oil in a deep pan add garlic and saute few seconds.
Then add spring onions, carrot, beans and capsicum and saute on high flame for 2-3 minutes. - 2
Add schezuan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked rice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
