Steps

Bring water to boil,pour in a bowl and gently place the noodles in the bowl containing the boiled water

Allow it to stay for 1-2mins, pour it into a seive or colander to drain

In a separate bowl break eggs add scotch bonnet, onion salt seasoning and curry powder, whisk very well,pour in the drain noodles into the egg mixture and stir

Heat a tbspn of oil in a pan on medium heat,when hot pour the noodles and egg mixture friy both side until golden brown
- 5
Cut into desire shape and served
