Ingredients

  1. 3fresh green maize
  2. 1/2 kgbeans
  3. 3/4potato's
  4. 2large tomato's
  5. 1large onion
  6. to tasteBlack pepper
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Ginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  11. 1 tspcurry powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beans together with maize till ready and drain excess water.

    Saute onions for a few minutes then add ginger garlic paste,spices and salt,add potato's then grated Carrot's n tomato's cook for a few minutes.

    Add boiled maize and 1/2 to 1 cup broth. Simmer on low medium heat for about 10 min's serve and enjoy with a slice of ovacado.
