Mix wheat flour and oil and salt and add water as required for making dough not so soft and not so hard

Now make balls as size shown picture and roll out thick bhakhri.

Now heat up a pan and cook bhakhri from both sides in slow flame once it's half done from both side now with cloth or bhakhri mould put little pressure on all sides until it became crisp.a apply ghee on it and serve.
