Take soya chunks and place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Squeeze water and keep aside.

Take a blender, add soya chunks, chickpeas, onion, ginger, green
Chilli, and grind it. Make a coarse paste.Transfer it in bowl. - 3
Add salt, garam masala,red chilli Powder, black powder, coriander, aamchur powder, jeera powder,corn flour, and mix it..Mixture is ready.

Make a dough. Take some portion from mixture and make it round shape..

Take pre heated pan. Add little oil in pan. Keep tikki on oil and cook it from both sides for 3 minutes on low flame till gets golden brown.

Chana soya tikki is ready. Transfer it in plate. Serve it with sauce and chutney…Enjoy!!
