Ingredients

  • 1 lbpeeled/deveined large shrimp
  • 2 clovesgarlic sliced
  • 3 Tbutter
  • 1 cupdry white wine
  • to tastesalt/pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee garlic in butter over low heat. Add shrimp and cook til pink. Add wine and finish cooking. Add salt/pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Serve over yellow rice with Cuban Black Beans and fried plaintains.
