Ingredients

  1. 1 lbpeeled/deveined large shrimp
  2. 2 clovesgarlic sliced
  3. 3 Tbutter
  4. 1 cupdry white wine
  5. to tastesalt/pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee garlic in butter over low heat. Add shrimp and cook til pink. Add wine and finish cooking. Add salt/pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Serve over yellow rice with Cuban Black Beans and fried plaintains.
