Wash your zobo leaf,put it in a pot, add your ginger,kanunfari,and cinnamon sticks or powder,pour in the right amount of water in a high heat.

After 40 minutes,turn off heat and allow to cool,seive in a container.

Then add your sugar,stir until it dissolves

Add your sliced cucumber, it's done put it in a fridge to chill
