Suffering from anxiety and high blood pressure, all doctors wanted to do was medicate. I was a teacher stabbed in my classroom and literally started to hide away. I sought alternatives. Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupchilled coconut milk or any milk of your choice
  2. 3 Tablespoonschia seeds (no need to soak)
  3. 2medjool dates, seeds removed
  4. 1 TablespoonMaca powder (found at any dischem or health store)

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the milk, chia seeds, dates and maca powder together until smooth.
