Wash the Spinach, boil and make fine paste. And make fine puree of it.

Take wheat flour in the bowl and add salt, chilli powder and hing, cumin seeds and Spinach Puree and make soft dough.

Keep the dough aside for five minutes and make small balls and with help of roller make small circles for puris in 3-4 inches diameter.

Heat the oil in pan and fry it. Flip the side of pooris when puffs up and continue frying till golden brown in colour. Similarly, prepare all Puri. Crispy Green Spinach Puris are ready to serve with Dahi or sauce or sabzi as per your taste and relish eating.
