In a pot pour in the tomato,scotch bonnet red pepper,garlic paste,in a medium heat stir until no water comes out of the paste then add oil and fry until oil comes out of the paste.

Add some water,seasonings & spices cover to cook for 10 minutes, aside wash your smoked fish,parboiled your meat with spices and seasonings and combine all in that paste.

After 10 minutes add your washed, cut ugu leaf cover to cook for 7 minute then add the egusi and sliced onions, stir very well and cover to cook until everything is soft and tender and it's done 😋
