Ingredients

  • 2big size potatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbsBlack pepper
  • 1 tbschat masala powder
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and peel potatoes and cut into strips soak it into warm water

    Now add it into chilled cold water so that starch remove properly

  3. 3

    Place it on a paper towel

  4. 4

    On a kadai add oil hot properly add potatoes fry all till light brown

  5. 5

    Remove it on a paper plate

  6. 6

    Add salt, black pepper and chat masala

    Store in a airtight container and enjoy it any time
