Steps

Boil the noodles in glass of water till almost done. Add 1 tsp oil and salt while boiling.

Drain and wash with cold water.

Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, red chilli sauce, schezwan chutney, and salt. Mix well.

Add bread crumbs, and corn flour bring to gether.

For outer layer- take maida and water. Mix well without lumps. Take the bread crumbs and spread in a plate.

Make small balls of the noodles mixture. Dip the ball in maida paste.

Then coat in bread crumbs. Again dip the ball in maida paste and roll in bread crumbs. Do it twice.

Heat oil in a kadai and when it gets heated put the balls and deep fry them in medium flame till balls turn golden in colour.

Remove in kitchen towel. Serve with any dip, chutney and sauce.
