Steps

Take all the ingredients except oil for frying in a big bowl and knead the dough properly for 10 – 15 minutes.

Cover the dough with a Samp cloth and let it rest in a warm place.

Make sure that your dough balls are smooth and well oiled while you are rolling them other wise they might stick with the rolling board.

Make sure the oil is Super other wise the bhaturas will not puff up properly and absorb a lot of oil.

Roll the dough balls little bigger than poories and put in hot oil.

Keep putting oil on it from the sides. Also press it lightly. This will help in making fluffy bhaturas

Take out when done

Enjoy hot with channa
