In a pan add 2 tbs oil in that add roughly chopped onions and fry them.

Then add roughly chopped tomato,3 garlic cloves,and small piece of beetroot fry them also..

Here you can add 2 green chillies and ginger garlic paste also.

Fry all the ingredients for 2 to 3 mins..untill they become transparent..

Now switch off the flame and allow this mixture to cool down completely.

Then take a mixi jar and add this mixture into the jar and grind them into a fine paste.

Then put a pan on flame..add butter into that and then add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder..mix well.

Now add this paste which we have prepared into the pan and fry it.

Now add some dry masala like coriander powder,garam masala and salt as per taste and give them a good mix.

Cover with a lid and cook for 2 to 3 mins untill leaves oil from the corner.

After that add fresh peas and paneer cubes too and mix gently.

Add half cup water to make gravy and cover it for 5 to 7 mins more.

Now add 2 tbs fresh cream or malai and give them a final mix.

Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
