Soak sabutdana 3 to 4 hours

Drain extra water in a strainer

Mash boiled potatoes

Add sabutdana, spices and ginger green chilli paste

Make small balls with the help of palm greased with oil

In a kadai add oil when properly hot add balls and deep fry until brown

Remove it on a paper plate

Enjoy with green chutney or amchur chutney
