First blend the overnight soaked green moong dhal with onions ginger garlic paste red chilli powder salt amchur and curry pata. Transfer this to a bowl then add besan and rice flour and mix well. Heat oil in Kadai and pinch in small portions of the mixture and deep fry it.

Take it out on the plate with holes or tissue so that the oil drains out. Serve hot with sauce.
