Steps

Put a pot of water, add salt and oil in it. when it boils add the noodles. Do not over cook noodles.

After the noodles boils, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water.

Sprinkle a few drops of oil over the noodles, and keep them aside.

In a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil on high flame and saute 2 clove garlic and green chilli.

Now saute onion.
- 6
Add capsicum, carrot and cabbage and saute them on high flame.
- 7
Add chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt. saute on high flame.

Add boiled noodles and mix well.

Add chilli flakes, mix and serve hot noodles.
