Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/2 cupChickpea flour
  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • 1 cupsweet corn
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 2chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1large onion finely chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspSoda bi carb
  • as requiredWater
  • as neededOil for frying
  • as neededKetchup and green chutney for serving

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Coarsely grind sweet corn in mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Combine chickpea flour,rice flour, crushed corn, onion, chillies, capsicum,salt, turmeric, black pepper, red chilli powder. Add little water to make dumplings like consistency.

    Heat oil in pan. Add soda bi carb in batter. Put dumplings and fry until crispy and brown.

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
