  2. 5Green mirch
  3. As neededSalt
  4. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. Aa neededCurry leaves
  7. pinchHing
  8. 1 bowlFresh coriander leaves
  9. 4Dry red chilli

    Soak chanadal over night and grind in mixer jar with curd and make better thik

  2. 2

    Keep 6 hours for fermentation now in better add salt harimirch mix it and add some oil and bk soda then upper side of soda add hot water 1 tbsp now in anthor side heat steamer on the gas put water and hot it Grease plate with oil and pour better in plate and steam aprox 20 mini or more off the gas and cool dhokla plate in another pan heat on the gas put oil musterd seed hing dry mirchi kadhipatta and crekle it now

    Sprinkle on dhokla plate and spread fresh Coriander for garnish
