a bunch, (or more) of garden cress, parsley, chives and dill • chard • small spring onions • each dried chervil and dried wild garlic • German style mild mustard • juice of lemon • dill pickled gherkin (optional) • sugar • yoghurt or soured cream • creme fraiche • hardboiled eggs
