Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 4green tomatoes
  2. 1 cupblackbeans soaked and cooked
  3. 2shallots
  4. 10mini gherkins
  5. 4garlic cloves
  6. 1/4tomatoe sauce
  7. 1 Tbstomatoe paste
  8. 1handfull of fresh mint and basil mixed
  9. Soak black beans in 3 cups water for 6 hours

    Prepare the tomatoes shallots garlic and gherkins.
