            Tapioca (sabudana) vadas: maharashtrian breakfast

            TAPIOCA (soaked overnight after straining the water). It will swell and become soft • Big Boiled Potatoes (mashed) • Groundnuts (roasted and powdered coarsely) and some full groundnuts (optional) • Green Chillies (dark green) cut into small pieces • Curry Leaves (kadipatha), (fresh if possible) cut into small peices • Cummin Seeds (little) • Salt
