Steps

First grate the Paneer and keep aside.

To the grated Paneer add chopped green chillies.

Then add haldi, chilli, jeera, coriander, amchur and Garam Masala to the grated Paneer.

In the end, add the finely chopped onions as it will start leaving water.

Add salt according to taste.

Make two small Rotis (Puri Size). In 1 small Roti put the Paneer Mixture in the middle and spread it with hands. Leave space in the ends of the Roti. Cover with the other Roti and with Belan, make it bigger. Then with Fork, press the ends so that the Paneer filling does not come out.

Tava should be hot. Make Parathas on by putting oil on one side. Flip the Paratha and put oil on the other side. Make the Parathas golden brown.

Serve with Achar/Pickle or Dahi/Curd or Raita
