Am an Army Vet who served as a cook for 8 years. Went to the Persian Gulf and spent 2 years in Seoul Korea. Have been a widow for 3 yrs, so don't really get to cook as much as I would like to. Now about the only time I get to "shine" in the kitchen, is when we have something at the local VFW Post. As you can see, I have 2 boys who keep me company and take up much of time.

- Didn't change your recipe, at all. Even to using the whisk. I did, however, double it.....had a little bit of cherry preserves I needed to get rid of and found a recipe for blueberry sauce. I spread some blueberry yogurt on it then topped with the blueberries.So, as you see, I ended up with 3. Started out using an 8" pan and then tried out a 10". 10 works better.Even tried two ways, as you see, of serving them......rolled and folded. Think I like rolled better.
