Cooking Instructions

Rinse and pat dry the thighs.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Place thighs in dish. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with spices.
- 4
Bake at 375 degrees for approximatly 25 mins or until meat thermometer reads 165.
- 5
Remove from oven and cover with foil. Let rest 10 mins.

The greek yogurt gives the same tender meat result without any added fat and a touch of added protein. Flavor always has to reign supreme.
