Honey Soy Garlic Salmon

Ingredients

  1. 2 Tbshoney
  2. 2 Tbssoy sauce
  3. 1 clovegarlic - minced
  4. 1 1/2 Tbslemon juice
  5. 2 tspdijon mustard
  6. 1 Tbswater
  7. 2 piecessalmon (170g each)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat up olive oil. Add the salmon and cook about 3 minutes on either side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the pan.

    Add the minced garlic to the pan and fry until golden. Add the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, mustard and water to the pan. Whisk well and let simmer for 1 minutes.

    Pour the glaze over the salmon! Serve with some veggies. Enjoy :)
