Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Eggs
  3. Pepper and chilli
  4. Minced meat
  5. Onions
  6. Bread crumbs (i used flour instead)
  7. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your yam in salted water till soft. Drain and put in a bowl to cool. Mash or grind the yam

    In a pan, add oil and sauté onions. Add your pepper, chilies tomato paste and let it fry for 2 minutes.

    Add your minced meat and stir well. Add garlic and seasoning and a little water to cook the meat. Turn off heat and keep aside to cool.

    Mix your mashed yam and minced meat in a bowl. Make sure the yam is properly coated with the meat and roll it into balls.

    Dip your balls in a bowl containing eggs, then into the plate with bread crumbs or flour, roll the balls to cover with flour properly.

    Fry your coated balls in oil till golden brown (or crispy if you prefer).
