Put a pan in medium heat. Put oil, add onions till brown. Add other spices

Put flour in a bowl and add some salt to taste. Mix them

Add a tablespoon of oil and add water sparingly while mixing till it forms a dough. Let it sit for 30 minutes

Add minced meat and stir till it cooks. Do this for about 15 mins

After it cooks, let it cool a little. Start making small doughs and roll then into thin round chapatis

Warm the chapatis in medium heat for about 5 seconds just to make them stable when folding samosas

Cut the chapati into half, make a cone and add the minced meat. Make a paste mixture of water and flour and use it as glue, to hold and seal the corn

After sealing all cones, put some oil in a pan for deep frying. Ensure that the heat is low

Put the samosas in the oil and cook for a few minutes

Serve with tea. Enjoy!
