Ingredients

  1. 250 gLauki
  2. 1 Lmilk
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. As requiredSugar (accordingly)
  5. 1 bowlDry fruits
  6. 1 tspElaichi / cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    First of all, grate the vegetable carefully.

    Now pour ghee in a pan, and add the grated guord in it. cook it well. And keep it aside.

    Now add milk to pan and boil for 10mins unless it become thicker.

    Once the milk turns thicker, add cooked guord and sugar. Fry them evenly for 5minutes.

    Now turn the flame off.

    Sprinkle grated coconut and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Now add the dry fruits and sprinkle elaichi / cardamom powder on it.

    Your lauki ki kheer is ready. Serve it to all.
