Kesariya kheer
It takes less time than the traditonal kheer.
Cooking Instructions

Wash the rice.put it into the pressure cooker and add water and cardamom.

Now place the lid on the cooker and give it 1 or 2 whistles.

Open it after 5 minutes and add milk.

Put it on low flame for next 30 minutes.stir occasionally.

Now add sugar into it.

In a bowl,take a little milk and some kesar strands.let it rest for 10 minutes and then pour it into the pressure cooker.

You can also add dry fruits to it.Kesariya kheer is ready.serve it cool.
